LABYRINTH

An underground, internal, subconscious root system, which spirals in on itself towards the centre. The centre of the Labyrinth, a seeding place, of all that has gone before and of all that is yet to come. A place of choice and inner reflection. An inner compass which directs the instinctual to become conscious, in word, thought and action. The action, a movement which grows and expands from this place of seeding, spiralling outwards from its centre, towards its exterior and into the community.

Breathing Into Wholeness involves breathing at your ‘edge’, in a circular way, without pause. This way of breathing allows the limiting and unconscious breathing patterns that hold our trauma or negative programming in place, to be experienced, surrendered and released.


While breathing you will automatically clear residual, trauma-based historic and ancestral debris from the various layers of the body and the auric field. You will also guided by therapeutic quantum hypnotherapy, to let go of cognitive patterns which have created blocks in your belief systems which set you up for failure, enabling space and freedom to form healthy new beliefs, to find confidence and authentic self expression.  You will be guided to breathe and relax into each layer, as it comes into your awareness, with the intention to let go and surrender. You will learn how to allow your body to breathe authentically, to take in life without restriction. The whole experience will be supported by sound healing frequencies played live.


Breathing and relaxing into what arises creates the opportunity to embrace all aspects of Self and ultimately let go into our true nature. The ultimate intention of this workshop is to facilitate and nurture a remembrance of our connection to our inner source, the living fire within our Heart.
