Our 4 day tailor made therapeutic experience is for those who wish to journey deeper into their healing and embodiment practice. We draw from our full range of modalities which we specialise in such as; Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathing into Wholeness tm., Dance Labyrinth tm., Quantum Timeline Hypnotherapy, Light Codes Soundbath Immersion, all held in the abundance of the natural landscape. We hold a ceremonial space, working with the elements for self reflection and deep healing. Foraging, Deep listening & Earthing is a part of the experience of becoming embodied. Meals & 4 bodywork treatments chosen from: (Bowen therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki, Deep Tissue Massage) Some journeys into the heart of nature are made to the nearby Wild Atlantic Coast and in good weather on the sea itself or to the Ancient Forest.
